Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required. Minimum 1 year of current experience within the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting. Demonstrated pelvic health experience. Must be fully independent in pelvic health clinical care without mentorship.

Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts, Friday 4-hour shift. Shifts and start times are somewhat flexible. Positions Available: 1.
