What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for our licensed insurance professionals.
• Introduce customers to our insurance products and services.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Help support the agency's growth through lead generation and customer engagement.

• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls,
