Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction. Support everyday banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently. Build trusted relationships. Listen carefully, answer basic account questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for. Connect clients with solutions. Identify when a client may need additional support and make appropriate referrals to the right team member. Protect and perfect. Follow all cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures. Grow your knowledge. Complete training and continue building your understanding of banking products, services, systems, and client service expectations. Contribute to the team. Help maintain a clean, organized, professional branch environment and support a culture of teamwork and accountability. Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred, but not required. Retail, restaurant, office, or client service experience is helpful. Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and learn banking systems. A professional, dependable, and positive attitude. A drive to learn, grow, and help others succeed.
