Director of Operations

Senior Luxury Client Advisor

Customer facing luxury sales professional responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, developing and expanding a personal clientele, generating new business, achieving individual sales goals, and building long term client relationships through personalized service and proactive follow up.

The role requires strong communication, professionalism, discretion, product knowledge, relationship building, networking, and the ability to represent a luxury brand at a high professional standard.

Deliver a personalized luxury customer experience through professional service attention to detail and consistent follow up

Develop expand and maintain a personal clientele through networking referrals community involvement and proactive outreach

Build long term relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities

Achieve individual sales and gross margin goals while contributing to overall store performance

Engage customers throughout the sales process and convert opportunities into sales

Develop knowledge of diamonds gemstones fine jewelry watches luxury brands repairs custom work and pricing

Maintain current knowledge of products brands services and industry developments

Follow established luxury sales service security and operational procedures

Represent the company professionally within the community and during customer facing activities

Maintain accurate customer sales transaction and inventory information

Assist with merchandising inventory showroom presentation and operational activities

Participate in training meetings credentialing and professional development

Work collaboratively with sales professionals management merchandising and other internal teams

Several years of customer facing sales experience preferably in luxury retail jewelry watches fine jewelry high end fashion automotive real estate or another relationship driven premium sales environment

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a personal book of business

Strong prospecting networking referral generation and clienteling experience

Proven experience meeting or exceeding individual sales goals

Strong communication follow up and relationship management skills

Professional polished and discreet customer facing presence

Ability to learn detailed product information and communicate product value confidently

Ability to work with high value products and maintain strong attention to detail

Willingness to learn diamonds gemstones watches jewelry repairs custom work brands and pricing

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Comfort with CRM and sales tracking systems
