COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client custom designs and builds specialized construction and mining equipment. The work alongside their customers to design the machinery that specifically fits their needs. No job is too big or small for them.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
• $85-95K.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Working with Sales and Marketing this position will take the lead in the development of new and specialized products.
• Responsible for the doing market analysis, research and development, and strategies for new products and markets.
• Through work with production, sales and marketing, and customers, suggest changes to design to correct any design issues or improve the design for maximized quality and product performance.
• Do project management in conjunction with product development work.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 3 plus years of experience with product engineering, product design, product development in the construction/mining/heavy equipment sector of manufacturing.
• Ability to utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, Creo and an emphasis on INVENTOR.
• FEA Experience
• Understanding of weld concepts
• Product and Project Management experience.
• Good communication skills
• Candidates must be US Citizens or have permanent residency and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
