Commercial Truck Salesman

Join Walker GMC as a Commercial Truck Salesman specializing in GMC Trucks. In this role, you will drive sales growth by connecting with commercial clients, understanding their fleet needs, and providing expert guidance on Walker GMCs range of commercial trucks. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong customer relationships and contribute to the success of a well-established dealership in Alexandria, LA.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential commercial customers to promote GMC truck sales.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of GMC commercial trucks.
Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals that meet customer needs and company targets.
Keep up to date with GMC product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial truck or automotive sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with GMC commercial truck products is highly desirable.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
