We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care services across two long-term care facilities: Foremost at Sharon and RegalCare at Quincy. This role is a 32-hour per week position , with hours split between two locations- Foremost at Sharon, and RegalCare at Quincy . The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and experienced in clinical nutrition within a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Complete MDS sections related to nutrition in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and make appropriate recommendations

• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff as needed

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to support quality care

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts

• Experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
