Role Responsibilities
- Observe and assess simulated student work to support AI training development.
- Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and learner progress scenarios.
- Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods to reflect best practices for diverse learner needs.
- Evaluate AI generated educational content and recommend improvements based on teaching expertise.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research and development teams to refine training data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and or ESL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
