Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous experience required.
License: State license required.
Certifications: BLS (AHA) required.


Must-Have:
- Epic experience required.
- Profile must include driver's license.
- Work history/resume required.
- Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date.
- License verification required.
- Copy of required certifications required.
- One supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless specified.


Description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Summer holidays may require working 1-2 of the following: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
