We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you 1st shift = 8am-4:30pm Responsibilities + Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity. + Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques. + Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport. + Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines. + Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris. + Participate in training for additional warehouse duties. Qualifications + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + 0u20132 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred. Education + High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $23.56 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
