Customer Service Rep

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Isanti location, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions and updating account information in our database
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
• Providing personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
• Participating in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
• Pay range $12-18

Qualifications include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
