Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Providing remote support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Associate will manage inbound and outbound patient calls regarding billing inquiries, complaints, and requests while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities Handles incoming calls and inquiries from patients, providing accurate information and resolving issues Utilizes computer systems to document interactions and manage patient billing questions Negotiates payment plans and educates patients on financial assistance programs to resolve financial liabilities Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment Bilingual certification through Alta Language Testing Basic computer skills Knowledge of excellent customer service behaviors Virtual Vocations Inc
