A respected women-led California law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing Lemon Law Defense practice. About the Role

This position focuses on defending major automotive manufacturers in California Lemon Law matters. Prior Lemon Law experience is not required . The firm is eager to train attorneys who bring strong litigation fundamentals and a desire to develop specialized expertise.

Attorneys at all levels are encouraged to apply, including junior, mid-level, and senior associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at case management conferences, status conferences, and hearings
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Participate in trials and trial preparation
• Work closely with clients and firm leadership on litigation strategy

Qualifications

Required

• Active California Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling discovery
• Deposition experience
• Experience appearing at CMCs and/or status conferences
• Must reside in California
