Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, where applicable. Depending on the candidate's qualifications, incentives are added to base rate of pay as follows: -Float 1: Acute Care Med Surg Patient on any unit:: Med/ Surgical, Borda, Ortho, Telemetry, ICU, & WNCU (Med Surg) will be paid an additional $3.00 per hour incentive. -Float 2: Cardiac rhythm Recognition, ACLS certification, monitoring of patients on continuous cardiac monitoring/telemetry, All Level I Units plus ED and WNCU (post-partum) will be paid an additional $4.00 per hour incentive. -Float 3: Additional skills to manage Critical Care patient (for example: BiPAP/CPAP, intubation, mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, conscious sedation). All Level I and II Units (Independent/ Full Assignment). Includes PACU will be paid an additional $5.00 per hour incentive. -Float 4: Additional training to procedural nursing specialty areas: All Level I, II, and III Units and IR, Cath Lab, Endo will be paid an additional $6.00 per hour incentive.
