Primary Responsibilities This position is responsible for end-to-end capital project leadership, including: Representing the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle. Managing multiple CapEx projects in regulated environments. Leading planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout. Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, contracts, and risk. Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, utilities, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. Overseeing change management, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control. Leading contractor procurement, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration. Developing executive-level communications and project reporting. Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of project management experience OR Masters degree and 4 years of project management experience OR Bachelors degree and 6 years of project management experience OR Associates degree and 10 years of project management experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of project management experience Preferred Qualifications Construction delivery methods Architectural, structural, MEP, and P&ID drawings Entitlements and permitting Building systems Microsoft Excel SharePoint MS Project Power BI Cost-loaded scheduling Certifications Preferred (not Required) PMP
