Sales Associates create authentic connections with customers while driving sales and supporting store operations. You'll be a brand ambassador who embodies our commitment to wellness and movement, helping customers find products that support their active lifestyle goals. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values Actively engage customers to understand their fitness and lifestyle needs Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and genuine recommendations Process transactions and returns efficiently using POS systems Support visual merchandising and maintain pristine store presentation Assist with inventory management including shipment processing and restocking Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions Build relationships that foster customer loyalty and repeat business Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals Maintain knowledge of fitness trends, wellness practices, and brand initiatives Support promotional events and community outreach activities Ensure store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Experience & Skills: 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and active lifestyle Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people Experience with retail POS systems preferred Self-motivated with positive, energetic attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in dynamic environment Team player who supports collaborative work environment Requirements: High school diploma required Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Contract position: 3 months with potential for extension Compensation Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Associate (15-20 hours/week or 35-40 hours/week): Hourly rate: $18-22/hour based on experience Employee discount and uniform allowance Additional Benefits for All Positions Uniform/clothing allowance Opportunity to be part of an exciting brand launch Why You'll Love House of XM: We're a passionate team of creatives and marketers driven by a shared commitment to excellence.
