Monday Tuesday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM

Wednesday Friday: 8:00 AM 12:30 PM

Outpatient primary care setting
Full-scope family medicine (all ages)
EMR system in place
On-site clinical support staff (RN and LCSW)
Efficient workflows designed to support provider productivity

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Active Minnesota NP license
Family Medicine experience required
DEA (DOT certification not required )
Clean professional and licensure history

Interview & Onboarding

Virtual interview process
Orientation provided (1 2 days)
Onboarding typically completed within 1 2 weeks
No COVID vaccination requirement
