Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator for an on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include strategizing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and generating reports. The coordinator will also engage with target audiences across various channels, support sales activities, and identify opportunities to expand market presence. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management Marketing expertise, including Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning, and Social Media Management Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Analytical skills, with experience in Market Research and Data Analysis Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines Knowledge of global talent trends or experience in the talent placement industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
