Work Environment

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our practice, you will work onsite in a collaborative environment that integrates concierge medicine and house calls. You will operate during regular business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, where you can devote your time and expertise to addressing both the physical and mental health needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to effectively diagnose patients' mental health conditions.
• Provide comprehensive medication management, ensuring meticulous monitoring of treatment effectiveness and adjusting prescriptions as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and other healthcare team members to deliver integrated care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and emotional support for patients in distress, employing trauma-informed care strategies.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Compensation and Benefits
