Bank Support Analyst

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Bank Support Analyst will resolve loan service inquiries, build relationships with clients, and ensure timely communication with relevant departments. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers by responding to support questions via phone and web-based support portal Resolve issues in a timely manner from a work queue, escalating complex issues as necessary Demonstrate knowledge of loan application functionality and provide information regarding customer issues to appropriate departments Required qualifications Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school Minimum of one year of relevant work experience related to loans, preferably in loan processing Experience with CSI Core NuPoint and Loans (LNS) is highly regarded Customer service experience is required; banking experience is preferred Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with an analytical mindset for problem-solving
