Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and monitoring residents' overall health conditions.
• Support nursing staff in providing medical and personal care to residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, treatments, and progress.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medical Aide II (CMA 2) certification.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
