Marketing Content Specialist

Destination NJ Homes is looking for a driven and innovative Marketing Content Specialist to lead our content and digital marketing production and management. If you thrive on managing the whole content creation life cycle from creative ideation to data-based optimization, we want to hear from you! In this role, you’ll work closely with our agents to influence client acquisition as well as recruiting efforts by promoting our unique value to both agents and prospective clients. This role will begin part-time at roughly 20 hours a week, with an hourly range of $26 to $30 per hour, with the opportunity to transition to full-time and salary compensation.
