RESPONSIBILITIES:- Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up. Supports project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision.- Assists with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation.- Participates in Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Information (PSI), and mechanical integrity documentation reviews and learns requirements.- Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively.- Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership.- Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution.- Observes HAZOP reviews and incident investigations- Learns engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards.- Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering degree preferred.- Zero (0) years or more of industry experience required.
