Adult Care Worker

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking an Adult Care Worker to support adults in residential and community settings. In this mission-driven role, you’ll provide person-centered assistance with daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders. You will implement individualized care plans, encourage independence and community engagement, and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. Working within a collaborative, faith-inspired, and inclusive culture, you’ll document services, communicate changes in client status, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote client well-being and dignity.
