Gym Staff - High Energy, Customer-Focused (Sales) Location: Tracy, California 10am-2pm: Monday- Saturday 3pm-7pm : Monday-Thursday We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and driven candidates to join the Get Fit 24/7 team! If you have a passion for fitness, love working with people, and thrive in a team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist gym members in a friendly and professional manner Help new members with orientation and equipment setup Sell gym memberships and provide information on membership options Answer phone calls, make appointments, and assist with inquiries Maintain a clean and organized gym environment Assist with gym events and promotions Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Requirements: High energy and enthusiastic attitude Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle Strong communication skills Team player mentality Sales experience is a plus What we offer: -Competitive pay and tons of opportunities for growth and development
