Payments Risk & Analytics Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Payments Risk & Analytics professional to support regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives within the card payments ecosystem . This role will translate regulatory requirements into actionable analytics, reporting, controls, and ongoing monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze regulatory requirements and assess their impact on payments, settlement, and operational processes .
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions .
- Define business requirements and document processes, controls, procedures, and workflows.
- Design and implement risk and control frameworks , including automated control monitoring.
- Partner with Business, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams on regulatory initiatives.
- Identify trends, control gaps, and operational risks through data analysis.
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Payments, Risk, Analytics, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong understanding of payments and settlement processes .
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools .
- Experience with control design, risk monitoring, governance, and regulatory programs .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Card payments and network settlement.
- Issuer, Acquirer, and Card Network operations.
- Settlement, reconciliation, and payment operations.
- Regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
- Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
