We're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with machinery, and making a direct impact on company operations. Why This Role Matters Our production lines, conveyors, balers, forklifts, vehicles, and facilities all depend on reliable maintenance. Your work will directly impact: Employee safety Equipment reliability Facility operations Company growth and expansion This is not a "change light bulbs" maintenance position. You'll be the hands-on expert responsible for keeping critical equipment and facilities operating efficiently. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Maintain conveyors, balers, compactors, and material handling systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues Complete welding and fabrication projects Assist with facility repairs and improvements Support maintenance of company vehicles and equipment Maintain maintenance logs and equipment records Work with outside vendors and service providers when needed Help improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Welding and fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Forklift experience preferred Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to work independently and solve problems What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Paid Time Off and Flex Pay Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Stable year-round employment Opportunity to work with a growing Iowa company Opportunity to make a visible impact on operations and company success Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working around industrial equipment in warehouse and outdoor environments.
