What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.

Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.

Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects. Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.

Ensure safety standards are always met.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid driver’s license and clean record.

Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred).

IICRC certification (a plus).

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).

Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics.

Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.

Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents.
