Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience. Shift: 3rd Shift Dispatch. Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with advanced delivery methods, including side lift gates, small pallets, and electric pallet sleds. Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing the vehicle's condition. Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries. Safely operate the tractor-trailer to designated locations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills. Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions. Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate: Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A). Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
