• Dates of Coverage: Ongoing, various days

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
\n
• Rate Type: Hourly or Daily
\n
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
\n
• Supervision: Supervised by MDA
\n
• Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 25-30
\n
• Average Pain Management Cases: 0
\n
• Trauma Level: Level 3
\n
• OR Staff: Great team that works together
\n
• Number of Operating Rooms: 5 main ORs, 2 procedure rooms, and 1 OB C-section room
\n
• Patient Age Demographic: Mostly adult and geriatric, occasional pediatrics
\n
• Procedures Required: General surgical cases (adult), spinal anesthesia, ventilation management 
\n
• No regional blocks are not required, just spinals. Ratio is either 1:2 or 1:3 for supervision and no ICU covering,

• NBCRNA -  Required

• Active MI license -  Required

• BLS, ACLS -  Required

• Board Certified

• Board Eligible

• Michigan : Will assist with State Licensure
