Your Role as a Leader in Physical Therapy Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily operations: scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrate patient victories and reinforce positive outcomes. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program. Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience. Active membership in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications preferred.
