Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across assigned caseload
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Ability to fulfill a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting as a licensed SLP
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
