Role Description The ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team seeks a Copywriter, Campaigns who can create award‑winning, disruptive copy across the entire marketing funnel. You will be a strategic thinker, a consummate wordsmith, and an excellent storyteller, delivering fresh concepts that transcend the B2B category and solve business problems. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with an Art Director partner, and take briefs independently. Work closely with the Creative Director, Campaigns, and teams on conceptual development, design, and execution across key marketing briefs. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across the company to bring our brand to life in new and engaging ways across the full funnel of media. Create engaging campaign narratives that scale from two‑word headlines to long‑form storytelling. Develop creative ideas that meet the strategic brief and drive KPIs. Ensure consistency of the brand and highest quality of copywriting across all projects. Possess a keen understanding and passion for design and industry trends. Create, concept, inspire others, and roll up your sleeves while bringing creative ideas to life; can deliver and receive direct and clear feedback. Think big while operating at the finest level of detail. Be a self‑starter while guiding teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners. Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving, including AI‑powered tools, automation, insights, and impact analysis. Qualifications BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or related discipline and/or equivalent professional writing experience for campaigns. 8+ years experience in copywriting for a creative agency or world‑class in‑house team; B2B/tech experience is a plus. 8+ years experience leading and managing projects with creative agencies and internal creative groups; global experience is a plus. 8+ years experience in marketing and brand creative with a rich portfolio covering the full integrated campaign funnel from awareness to acquisition. Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to design and pitch world‑class strategic presentations to all levels of the organization. Hands‑on expertise developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites (desktop/mobile), digital products, long‑form copy, social, content marketing, and events. Expert knowledge of the creative process (discovery, positioning, ideation, brand direction, socialization, activation). Working knowledge with digital creative software tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro). Strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts across stakeholders. Fluency with a variety of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, etc.) for use in the creative ideation and production process. Passion for creative collaboration and an enthusiasm for celebrating great ideas from diverse sources. Base pay $105,000–$155,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
