Corrections Registered Nurse Days
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a correctional facility in Columbia, SC, providing care in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:
- 13 week contract, 39 hours/week
- Day shifts: 6 AM - 7 PM
- 5 day orientation
- Holiday and alternate weekends required
- Overtime available post 40 hours
- Possible contract extension
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years in Corrections or Acute Care (Behavioral Health considered)
- Med/Surg experience
Responsibilities:
- Care for male offenders aged 17+
- Assist in offender assessment and classification
- Operate in a Maximum Security Unit
Additional Information:
- COVID-19 vaccine requirement: None
- Limited RTO accepted
- No on-call duties
