You’ll play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law. Responsibilities Assist guests in selecting cakes and accessories for their celebrations. Ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service. Support cake crafting and display preparation under guidance. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness. Participate in training to grow within the organization. Qualifications At least 16 years old. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Available to work early morning, closing, and weekend shifts.
