Tax Consultant

Tax Compliance SpecialistCan start prior to 2/14/22. Assignment Length 6-8 months. Possible extension but unlikely.Perform U.S. tax compliance for federal, state, and international income tax return filings (e.g. Form 5471s, 8858s, 1120s, 1065s, etc.). Perform tax research and analysis. Support tax planning initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience with MS Office products, and experience with Onesource Income Tax software.Requested Bill Rate – ##### - ##### Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): 40 hours + possible OT Shift: Day 8:30am - 5:30pm Interview required? Yes Resume required? Yes Any specific skills or requirements you want in a candidate: Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred. 3 years experience Corporate Income Tax
