Production Line Assembler

Why this role- Hands-on work assembling quality products in a supportive, team-first environment.
- Steady, full-time hours with 1st and 2nd shift options.
- Reliable weekly pay schedule.
- Build components and finished products by following schematics, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Conduct quality checks to verify measurements, fit, and function meet required standards.
- Inspect, use, and care for tools and equipment to ensure safe, dependable operation.
- Comply with all plant safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Escalate defects, nonconforming parts, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
- Coordinate with teammates and adjacent departments to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next build.
- Comfortably stand for long periods while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic production machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd
- Employment: Full-time
- Compensation: Paid weekly
