The Opportunity As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead consulting engagements across large organizations, developing business cases and total cost of occupancy models. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Responsibilities * Lead consulting projects for large organizations in finance * Develop thorough business cases and cost models * Inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional standards * Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients * Identify opportunities for business development and growth * Oversee project execution and maintain quality deliverables * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants What You Must Have * Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture * At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements What Sets You Apart * Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate preferred * Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred * Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management * Experience in lease administration and capital planning * Proficiency in financial analysis and project management * Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate * Ability to develop strategic real estate initiatives * Familiarity with market trends and property valuation Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
