Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Parkview Healthcare
Parkview Healthcare is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Parkview Healthcare, you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Schedule and Employment Type
- Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM)
- Full-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM)
- PRN | Required to work at least 1 shift per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately
- Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families
- Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations
- Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety
Qualifications
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
