Psych Nurse Practitioner

Description Per Diem Nurse Practitioner Granite Recovery is committed to helping people achieve lasting sobriety through comprehensive care and compassionate support. We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This individual will work as a member of a collaborative treatment team to meet the needs of persons in early recovery. Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide thorough assessment and evaluation of client to determine best course of psychopharmacologic treatment relevant to the medical and clinical situation Work with the other members of the clinical team to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan Provide assistance or institute therapeutic intervention when needed, including referrals to appropriate emergency or psychiatric facilities Provide consultation with staff related to client treatment, program design, implementation, and strategic planning, and assist in the design and implementation of in-service substance use training curricula Keep abreast of developments in theory and research Participate in assessing community and agency’s needs in the area of diagnosis and treatment Must be available for on‑call coverage Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of New Hampshire Psychiatric AANP or ANCC certification What to expect from us: Granite Recovery Center, a progressive substance abuse treatment organization, is committed to the highest quality of patient care in a comfortable outpatient clinic setting.
