We are seeking a BoardCertified CRNA to join our anesthesia care team at a 161-bed facility inNacogdoches, Texas. This 1099 opportunity offers excellent compensation,work-life balance, and a supportive practice environment.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $372,000(1099)
• Schedule & Call: 1:5weekday call and 1:6 weekend call; post-primary call days off
• Time Off: 9 weeks offannually, plus post-call days

Practice Details:

• Case mix includes GeneralSurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Endoscopy/GI, Urology, ENT (rare pediatric), andOB/GYN
• Regional anesthesiaproficiency preferred; training available if needed
• CRNA team: 6 CRNAs coveringOR and OB calls from home
• Daily staffing: 4 CRNAson-site, plus 1 anesthesiologist (primarily covering OB cases)
