Clinical Consultant

Baxter seeks a Clinical Consultant to provide clinical and application support for vital signs and cardiology product lines in hospital and clinic settings. The role involves customer training, sales support, and account management, requiring travel up to 80% between Minnesota and Florida remote bases.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team during sales cycles with presales activities and clinical evaluations
• Deliver customer training on vital signs and cardiology products with post-training follow-up
• Resolve customer complaints and issues as liaison between sales and customers
• Develop and deliver training plans for internal sales force
• Identify product enhancement needs and collaborate with business teams on recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years clinical experience in critical care, emergency department, or telemetry unit
• Educator experience training medical and non-medical personnel
• Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia, hemodynamic, and cardiac output monitoring
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong relationship-building and independent work abilities

Compensation: $88,000 - $121,000 annually
