Product Specialist Advisor

Product Specialist Advisor Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor for our growing team. As a Product Specialist Advisor you will work directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services, provide price estimates for installations, and schedule appointments while collaborating with the service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement prior to scheduling installation Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered Provide excellent overall customer service Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers May cross‑train to perform other duties as necessary Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred) At least one year of sales experience (preferred) At least one year of experience with RV or camping products (preferred but not required) Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed Excellent organization and follow‑up skills (required) Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies (preferred) Valid driver’s license (required) May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend periodically Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 or more, based on skill set, experience, training, and other factors. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
