We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Fuel & Lube Technician to join our maintenance team in Sahuarita, AZ. No previous Fuel & Lube or mechanical experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning the fundamentals of heavy equipment maintenance, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience being around heavy equipment, trucks, farming, construction, or other hands-on environments who wants to get their foot in the door, learn the trade, and build a long-term career.Essential Responsibilities:Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehiclesPerform scheduled greasing and lubrication of heavy equipmentCheck and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluidsAssist with oil changes, filter changes, and routine preventative maintenancePerform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or concernsIdentify leaks, damaged hoses, worn components, and other potential maintenance issuesFollow all company safety procedures and environmental requirementsQualifications:Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to show up ready to workTeam player with a safety-first mindsetExperience in mining, heavy civil, trucking, farming, construction, or other equipment-based environments is an asset, but not requiredMSHA Part 48 certification preferred.
