• Travel & Reimbursements: Travel reimbursement, licensure and certification expenses covered, plus other reimbursements when applicable

What You'll Do:

• Provide routine and complex nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patient conditions, update medical records, and document care
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor side effects, and evaluate effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health care needs and treatments
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with hospital protocols
• Demonstrate independence and effective delegation skills in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
