Join M&F Auto Sales as a Dealership Sales Associate/Back up Finance, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating vehicle financing. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Assist in financing options and paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing of finance applications.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or finance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in using dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
