Job Title Project Estimator – Commercial Construction (GC/CM) – Growth Opportunity Location: Virginia Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year Job Overview Our client is a full-service builder delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, and government sectors with strong involvement in preconstruction, design‑build, and CM at‑Risk delivery. This role requires ownership of estimates from takeoff to final bid and handoff, and collaboration with PMs, subs, and clients. Key Responsibilities Own estimates from takeoff to final bid and handoff. Price real projects across diverse commercial builds. Work directly with PMs, subs, and clients in a tight‑knit team. Gain exposure to preconstruction strategy, value engineering, and negotiated work. Requirements 4+ years estimating for a commercial GC or CM. Strong takeoff and bid experience with tools such as Bluebeam, OST, PlanSwift, etc. Ability to juggle multiple bids and hit deadlines. Bonus: Design‑build or CM at‑Risk experience.
