Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Albemarle, NC

Pay: $2,752.00 weekly

Shifts: M-F 8am-5pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Home Health - Travel to join our team in Albemarle, NC. This contract position involves providing essential nursing support to individuals within their homes. With a focus on health maintenance and disease prevention, the successful candidate will work across Stanly, parts of Davidson, and Montgomery counties, performing 5-7 visits or handling 6 points per day.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals.
Collaborate with other health professionals to address health needs.
Coordinate communications and actions related to health and safety supports.
Manage medication processes as prescribed by physicians.
Ensure policies on medication administration and safety are followed and reviewed.
Report progress to physicians when client conditions change.
Complete and maintain nursing documentation as required.
Supervise and direct activities of LPN/VN staff as needed.
Schedule and respond to health-related appointments timely.
Maintain communication with inpatient nursing and discharge coordinators.
Provide training for health and safety related topics.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

RN License required
Valid Driver's License and Insurance
Home Health experience
Wound care experience required
HCHB and Oasis experience (on-site test required)
PICC care and IV fusion experience
CPR/BLS certification required (onsite only)
