Our programs promote public safety while reducing barriers for individuals reentering and living in the community, using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Cochegan House Program. Cochegan is a 24/hr residential work release program that supports adult men who are currently under the supervision of Parole. This position provides supervision to program staff, ensures adherence to contractual expectations and internal policies and procedures and promotes a structured trauma-informed environment that supports successful community re-entry through the delivery of case management services, job development and linkage to community based treatment. This role provides on-call support to program staff and participates in an on-call rotation as needed.
