Geologist/Hydrogeologist

BBA Water Consultants, Inc. (BBA) is seeking applications to immediately fill a full-time position as a hydrogeologist to assist with upcoming well drilling projects along with ongoing hydrogeologic investigations and reviews in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain area. Located in Englewood, CO, with a branch office in Salida, CO. BBA provides services to clients in the Western United States, mostly, but not exclusively, within the State of Colorado. BBA’s clients include a variety of public and private entities, including municipalities, ranchers, ski resorts, local and federal government, and others. We are seeking applications for a full-time position as a geologist/hydrogeologist from applicants with the following skills and qualifications: BS or MS in geology or hydrogeology. Zero to three years of experience in Colorado and/or other areas of water resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Programming experience is a plus. Skills related to GIS, MODFLOW, and well drilling are a plus. Registration as a GIT or plans to pursue licensure as a professional geologist. BBA staff mostly work in the office, with some virtual work flexibility. BBA provides its staff a robust suite of in-office and remote access and communication tools for data access and teamwork.
